SSI/SSDI APPEALS/COMPLAINTS
Provides an opportunity for the applicant/recipient that may disagree with the explanation of the decision regarding their Supplemental Security Income (SSI) benefits or Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) benefits to appeal the decision and have the case reviewed. Generally, there are four levels of appeal: reconsideration; hearing by an administrative law judge; review by the Appeals Council; and Federal Court review.
